Dynamic Medical Billing Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates the website dynamicmbs.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and what choices you have. It applies only to this website and to the inquiries you send us through it. It does not cover any other website, and it does not cover the billing services we provide to client practices under a service agreement — those are governed by the agreement and by the privacy practices of the practice itself.
We collect information you give us directly. When you use the contact form or the free billing audit form on this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, your practice name, your work email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, and the message or challenge you describe. If you email us directly at hello@dynamicmbs.com, we collect whatever you include in that email. We do not collect information about you from other sources, and we do not ask for — or want — patient health information through this website. Please do not send patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, diagnoses, or claim details through our forms or by email; our forms are for business inquiries only, and audits run on de-identified data only.
We use the information you send us for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. That means reading your message, replying by email, and — if you asked about an audit or our services — following up with the information you need to decide. We do not use your information for any other purpose, we do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. The only third party that handles your form submissions is our form processor, described below, which delivers your message to us.
Our website forms are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). When you submit a form, your entries are sent to FormSubmit, which forwards them to us by email at hello@dynamicmbs.com. FormSubmit processes your submission only to deliver it to us. We do not use any other form processor, and we do not store form submissions in any other system.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and which links and forms are used — so we can improve the site. GA4 collects anonymous usage statistics through cookies and similar technologies: it does not identify you by name, and it does not collect the information you type into our forms. The data is used only in aggregate, to understand overall usage patterns. You can read about how Google handles data in its own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. If you prefer not to be included in this anonymous usage measurement, you can opt out using Google's opt-out tools, including the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and your browser's cookie settings — the site will continue to work normally without analytics.
This website uses cookies for Google Analytics 4, as described above, and for the ordinary functioning of the site. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work, though some features may be less convenient.
We keep inquiry emails and form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on it — typically for the duration of the conversation and a reasonable period afterwards, in case you write again. If you become a client, the information you gave us in your inquiry becomes part of your client record and is kept under the terms of your service agreement. We do not keep patient health information, because we do not ask for it and you should not send it.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you from your inquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email hello@dynamicmbs.com with your request — include your name and the email address you used, so we can find your messages. We will confirm the deletion once it is done. If you asked us to delete your information while we are still working on your inquiry, we will tell you if that means we can no longer reply to it.
This website is for healthcare practices and the people who run them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information through this website, email hello@dynamicmbs.com and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we change our form processor or our analytics setup. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. The version published here is the current one, and your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
