Terms and Conditions

Last updated: November 7, 2026.

These terms explain the rules for using this website. If you have a question about them, write to hello@dynamicmbs.com — we work 100% online and email is the way to reach the team.

Acceptance of These Terms

By using the website dynamicmbs.com, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. These terms apply to your use of the website only. If you become a client of Dynamic Medical Billing Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), the services we provide to your practice are governed by a separate service agreement between us and your practice — and where these website terms and your service agreement differ, the service agreement governs the services.

About Us

Dynamic Medical Billing Solutions provides medical billing, coding, credentialing, denial management, and revenue cycle management services to healthcare practices in the United States. We work 100% online, and email is the way to reach our team, at hello@dynamicmbs.com. We have no office you can visit and no phone line; everything we do — from your first inquiry to your monthly reporting — happens online and by email.

Services Described on This Website

The services described on this website — including billing, coding, insurance verification, denial management, AR recovery, credentialing, and front-office support — are general descriptions of what we offer. The exact services your practice receives, the specialties and payers covered, and the way we work together are set out in your service agreement. Nothing on this website promises that a particular service will be available to a particular practice until it is agreed in writing.

Pricing

Our fees are a percentage of the collections we achieve for your practice, as agreed in your service agreement. The range stated on this website is typically 4–8% of collections, and your exact rate depends on your claim volume, payer mix, and the services you use — it is confirmed in your service agreement before work begins. There are no flat setup fees, and we do not charge on claims that do not get paid. Any other charges will be set out in your service agreement before you are charged for them.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

We work to improve your collections, reduce your denials, and clean up your revenue cycle — and we will show you what a free audit finds before you sign anything. But we do not guarantee any specific reimbursement result. How much a practice collects depends on factors outside our control: payer policies, coverage decisions, patient payments, and the accuracy and timeliness of the information your practice provides. Any figures, ranges, or examples on this website describe typical outcomes, not promises about your practice.

Your Responsibilities as a Client

When you work with us, your practice is responsible for giving us accurate, complete, and timely information — including patient demographics, insurance details, clinical documentation, and charge information — and for keeping it up to date. You are also responsible for answering our coding queries in good time and telling us promptly about changes to your providers, payers, or fee schedules. Delays or errors in the information you provide can delay claims and reduce collections, and we are not responsible for losses caused by information that was inaccurate or provided late. Your practice remains responsible for the clinical care it provides and for the accuracy of its own medical records.

Patient Information and Confidentiality

Our website forms and email address are for business inquiries only — do not send patient health information through them. Once you are a client, how patient information is shared, protected, and used is governed by your service agreement and by applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies. We treat your practice's business information as confidential and do not disclose it except as needed to provide your agreed services, or as required by law.

Term and Termination

The term of our services, and how either side may end them, is set out in your service agreement. These website terms do not create a service relationship on their own — using the website, requesting a free audit, or sending us an inquiry does not make you a client. If a service agreement is ended, these website terms continue to apply to your use of the website.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website — including its text, design, and logo — belongs to Dynamic Medical Billing Solutions and is protected by intellectual property law. You may read it, link to it, and print it for your own use, but you may not copy or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Our liability for services provided to a client practice is limited as set out in that practice's service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, are governed by the law as specified in your service agreement, where one exists. If no service agreement exists, we will confirm the governing law with you if a dispute arises.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and the version published here is the current one. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
